Unobstructed by the commandments about beers and styles, we brew over the top and out of balance.

X-brewing staat voor bieren met smaak die de grens opzoeken en er regelmatig overheen gaan.
Niet snel zul je horen dat onze bieren mooi uitgebalanceerd of allemansvriendjes zijn.
Ongehinderd door geboden over bieren en stijlen brouwen wij over de top en uit balans.
